Egypt and Morocco will receive two agricultural attachés

Starting in January, the Brazilian embassies in Egypt and Morocco will receive two agricultural attachés. Cesar Lima Teles and Nilson César Castanheira Guimarães will occupy the position in Cairo and in Rabat, respectively. The second one will accumulate functions in Tunisia and Nigeria.

These professionals will be responsible for dialoguing and defending Brazil’s interests in those countries, participating, for example, in negotiations on environmental and sanitary restrictions and anticipating changes in the requirements imposed by the countries.

New agricultural attachés were also designated for Belgium, Canada, Colombia and Indonesia. The professionals were chosen through a technical-based process.
